Returns are accepted only for damaged items.

If your item arrives with a defect or damage, you may return it for a refund.

Steps to return:

1. Take a clear photo of the damage.

2. Send the photo to us on Instagram: @tf.studioseg

3. Once approved, we will process your return.

Refund timeline:
2–5 days after approval.

Important notes:

• Items must be unused and in original condition (aside from the damage).
